Prior to your appointment, kindly ensure that you bring the following:
1. All document(s) to be notarised before your appointment, including any instructions or translations that you have received with it.
2. Please ensure that the documents are not signed before the appointment.
3. Your passport and an up-to-date utility bill or bank statement to prove the identity and residential address of each person signing the document.
4. Confirmation that you have taken legal advice upon the contents of the document to be notarised.
5. Kindly advise if the document is in a foreign language and needs to be translated.
